Mike came to assess and fix issues a different HVAC company left us with. There were major installation and safety concerns, and Mike walked us through everything. Mike and his team are so impressively knowledgeable and hardworking. There were things he had to work around because it was a different company's mess, and he knew we couldn’t spend a ton of money on the fixes. He researched a ton to make sure what he was doing would be effective since our issues were not normal ones! The original company left us with an absolute mess, and now our system is working fine thanks to Mike! He is always available by phone and never left us hanging. He walks you through every step and made us feel confident in our choice to go with him. I now realize how important the installer is in situations like these.
